Es un buen lugar si solo buscas pasar la noche esta a dos calles de la 5ta Avenida muy cerca del munumento a la sirenas y del ADO central puedo llegar caminando y regresar igual, super cerca esta Walmart y el centro comercial plata del Carmen. Muy buena ubicación.

Too loud at night (need earplugs), but very friendly staff. P.S.: if you think, that there isn’t hot water, you just need to turn on the left water tap and wait about 5 minutes)
No aceptan tarjetas, estrellita menos. Habitaciones muy amplias con dos camas, cocina y refrigerador. Habitaciones muy limpias. No sé escucha a los vecinos. Su ubicación es medianamente buena, pero cerca de todo. La atención de su personal es muy buena y atenta. Tienen seguridad por la noche, velador.
Las personas del hotel son muy amables, tuvimos un problema con nuestra tarjeta de Argentina y nos ayudaron a mantener nuestra reserva por fuera de booking así podíamos pagar en efectivo. La ubicación es ideal, muy cerca de la playa, del ADO y de la 5ta avenida. La habitación q nos toco era muy amplia, tenía heladera balcón baño, aire y ventilador y la cama súper cómoda. El precio es muy accesible considerando la excelente ubicación. Todo excelente!
Se usó para lo que nos hospedamos, dormir. Si bien no es el mejor hotel de la zona, está cerca del centro, a menos de 10min. de la playa y casi nada del Ferry. La habitación es lo que pagas, tenía una estufa eléctrica, armario, televisión, incluso me sorprendió el refrigerador, para dos camas y el baño nada mal eh! Cómo dije no estuve mucho tiempo en el hotel, pero la señora y el señor de la noche eran super amables y atentos siempre cuando hacía falta algo. Gracias por todo
Si lo que buscas es descansar este lugar es perfecto, sus camas son super cómodas. Debes de llevar tus cosas para aseo personal y la tv no tiene cable pero se descansa perfectamente bien.
Si tu intención es conocer Playa del Carmen o sus alrededores y necesitas un lugar lindo para quedarte este hotel es perfecto. La atención es muy buena, los cuartos son grandes y las camas muy cómodas. Es limpio y puedes parquear tu carro en el hotel.
